These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Career Coach (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AI Career Coach provides AI-generated career assessments, roadmaps, interview practice, and coaching conversations for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional career, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Do not submit unlawful, harassing, hateful, or misleading content.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to generate content that violates any law or third-party rights.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (assessment answers, community stories, chat messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service. Community stories you post are visible to the public.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated reports, roadmaps, and coaching replies may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on this output. We make no warranty that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Third-Party Links and Ads

The Service may display third-party advertising and affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Career Coach and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
